My second collaboration with Waevy Films and Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium was about “Water Quality” and how to keep it clean! In this video you can learn all about it!
The script, visual guidance and VO were provided by them and then I started working on the compositions and animations. Since this was a huge project, I have created a boardimatic first. After we agreed upon the visuals and the way the story is told, we continued with the animation.

Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium is a non-profit organization and therefore, budget was an important factor to determine how to approach the story and visuals.
The biggest advantage and disadvantage about this project was to use stock graphics all the way. It helps to reduce the time to create compositions but on the other hand limits our ways to visualize the subject. Moreover, it is a challenge to preserve the cohesive look of the visuals. Nevertheless, we ended up with a satisfying result.
